The GoldMine Dashboards is a place were you can quickly view and access data from internal (within GoldMine) and external sources (like Outlook) based on predefined criteria, stomach in real-time.

Dashboard data is displayed through tables, view charts and other useful graphics.

Several “typical use” default dashboards are already setup for you upon installation, but you also have the ability to select the information and data you need to see and thus create a customized dashboard that displays the heartbeat of your business.

By using dashboards, you can quickly measure data like:

  • The flow of new leads
  • View a filtered list of lead records
  • Chart opportunities and forecasts
  • Review customer service processes
  • Review “to-do” lists

How Do I Find The Dashboards Feature?

Dashboards are made available by clicking the “Dashboards” button on the navigation pane. When you open the dashboards module, the most recently viewed dashboard displays by default.
